Death Party
From: Los Angeles, USA
Ghouly punk rock full of horror humor and tongue-in-cheek lyrics. Reminiscent of 45 Grave, The Bags, and othe Southern California punkrock. Fronted by the glamouros ghouls Juliet and Amy and the percussions of Ben Wah, the The Death Party live up to their name with punky zombie party anthems.

The Plastik
From: London/Brighton, United Kingdom
Genuinely surreal and depressive post-punk songs sure to please any fan of early-era Cure, who are a clear influence with warbly, gloomy guitars and Robert Smith vocals. The Plastik were one of the first bands I heard of only through MySpace.

Magick Daggers
From: Portland, USA
Scratchy bass and dark electronic sounds bring back flashbacks of some of the best of the San Francisco 1990s no-wave like the Subtonix and The Vanishing. Portland Oregon's Magick Daggers have a tendency towards occult themes, and use pianos, adding a touch of Jill Tracy or The Devics. Check them out, they have a great sound and image, making Magick Daggers this weeks MySpace band of the week.

The Living Dead Boys
From: Geneva, Switzerland
A combo as efficient as decadent - The electro zombie metal trio "The Living Dead Boys". This combo seems to have been created just to try to use as much as possible the word 'dead' in their tracks names! These Swiss guys are bad educated and play an electronic boosted rock'n'roll that comes straight from the crypt. Samples have been violently ripped with rotten teeth from a secret horror film collection and the synthetic rythmic gives to this mutant music the regularity of a four to the floor killer track that can bring back to life any clubber; but that strong and electrified energy comes directly from these guys addicted to saturated riffs who know how to put on fire any dancefloor.

Bedtime
From: Portland, USA
Dirgey atmospheres of guitar with sporadic bursts of distortion, Bedtime come from the Pacific northwest of the US, including the signature sound leaning on the Birthday Party clashing with female vocals.
